Small Money Maker on Revlon at HEB
Tonight I ran into HEB and noticed they had some $2.50 Revlon coupons with a B!!!!! (B coupons are store coupons that CAN be combined with manuf. coupons per their coupon policy.)
I had 8 Revlon $1 off coupons left which was not enough for Walgreens so I used them at HEB on these single shade eyeshadows.
Priced at $3.36, after both coupons they paid me .14 each to take them out of the store :)

When an item is priced lower than the coupon used at HEB...what happens? I read its coupon policy but what happens to the overage. In my experience a penny or two has been applied to my basket of items. Thanks!
In my experience it gets applied to my basket but some cashiers will force the coupon value down.
Tried this deal at the HEB by Sienna Plantation - they told me to choose either HEB coupon or MQ - they insisted that no MQ could be used with ANY HEB yellow coupon.
Have learned my lesson about keeping a copy of the coupon policy with me - Mercedes V
P.S. The Jose Ole Taquito went through w/o a hitch. Thanks Stephanie!!!!
Mercedes, I have had some issues with that HEB in the past as well. I went round and round with them once even WITH the policy in hand :(
Besides that we didn't get the $1 MQ in our SS8-14 insert, I was in HEB today ,and they had the single eye shadows for 3.97 each. (Cedar Park)
