Seriously SmartSource! THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY INK!

I printed a bunch of coupons the other day and just now remembered to pull them off the printer to clip (these are coupons for the upcoming Box Top promo at HEB). Anyway, this is a pic of ONE Of those coupons. Seriously, at this point, I have NO clue what this was supposed to be, but I appreciate that SmartSource stuck it to me and wasted some of my toner. GRRRR!

So, to entertain me while I organize and clip, what things annoy you about this wonderful world of couponing? I would love to hear your grrr stories :)

I hate when the site will let you print the coupon...or so you think! It turns out to look just like a coupon but with the words "you've reached the print limit"....just tell me that in a window! Don't waste my paper, ink, or time! I hate that! Those go into my 'scrap paper' folder for my boys!

One thing that always annoys me is the lack of education stores give to their employees about coupons. For example, yesterday i had a coupon that stated $2 off any two packs of expo markers. They are on sale for .99 at Wags. When she scanned it, the coupon beeped. She told me that they couldnt take the coupon because there was a picture of a 4pack on the coupon and i was buying the packs that come with two markers in each. I tried to tell her it beeped because the value of the coupon exceeded the value of the items and she needed to adjust it, but then she got really angry at me for telling her how to do her job!

I would have to agree with the first two posters, those things drive me nuts also. (aspecially the "print limit reached" one!)

I hate organizing my binder!!! It's the worst part about couponing, I never have enough space to do the organizing unless I sit on the floor (which is a literal PITA! :) ) LOL and it's a never ending, time consuming task to keep up with a binder. AHHHH...rant over. :)

I GRRRRR when I try to print a coupon and it says that I've exceeded my limit but nothing prints!

CASHIERS/MANAGERS DON'T UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PURCHASE AND TRANSACTION. THIS REFERS TO THE WORDING ON THE COUPONS THAT SAY "LIMIT ONE COUPON PER PURCHASE". I ALWAYS HAVE TO EXPLAIN "THE STATED ITEM(S) YOU'RE BUYING IS A PURCHASE AND EVERY TIME I PAY IT'S A TRANSACTION!

I hate it when cashiers argue with you. I am not out to rob you blind. Just trying to use coupons. they argue about the wording, about the limit, about the size, anything they can find that is arguable. get over it and scan the darn then thing!

I'm GRRRrrrring for you! I've had this and similar print-outs happen SO many times from SmartSource. I literally gave up on printing SmartSource Qs at one point. Then I decided I would try again one day and STILL had problems, so I emailed their help dept. The responses I got were RIDICULOUS!! They basically told me I needed to do all the checklist things and put the blame on me. I emailed back that I am not stupid and my husband even works in IT and can't get their coupons to work right. Then they gave me a little bit more detailed response, but still did not help. BUT, magically ever since then *knock on wood* they have printed and printed correctly IF and ONLY IF I print from Internet Explorer and not firefox.
