Safeway (Randalls, Tom Thumb) $4 off 4 (or more) Promo scenarios
I have to say I love love love these deals at Randall's! With Kroger deals you have to buy in groups of X BUT with this Randall's promos you typically only have to buy the minimum requirement, therefore after the purchase of 4, you still save $1 off each item. Well, since the Randall's stores in my region only double 1 like coupon and there are currently NO catalina deals going on (that I know of anyway) for any General Mills products, I will most likely only do scenarios with 4 items at a time. Please realize you can do similar scenarios with more items but you need to be mindful of the double/triple coupon policies in your region!
There is an array of coupons available for this deal, paper coupons, printable coupons, and loadable coupons. While loadable coupons cannot be used on the same items that you use paper and printable coupons, you can use them in conjuction with deals(more on this later) Just make sure you realize loadable coupons are extremely YMMV(your mileage may vary).
Items on the promo with prices assuming you buy 4 or more:
$1.49 Golden Grahams (select mark boxes have $1 off Golden Graham treats!)
$1.49 Trix
$1.49 Cocoa Puffs
$1.49 Cheerios(yellow box)

$1.49 Lucky Charms treats
$0.99 BC fruit snacks
$1.99 Nature Valley Granola Thins
$1.99 Nature Valley Roasted nut crunch granola bars(ONLY 2 varieties!)
$1.99 Fiber One bars or brownies
The coupons that work for this deal:

.60/2 BC fruit snacks
.85/2 NV granola bars
.60/1 Lucky Charms, Golden Grahams or Chex Mix Treat bars
.60/1 NV granola thins
Insert coupons 8-7GM, 7-10SS
Vary by location but much of the same as above!
.75/1 NV granola thins
.75/2 NV granola bars
.40/1 Fiber One 90 calorie bars or brownies
.50/2 Betty Crocker Fruit snacks
.75 Fiber One 90 calorie brownies
.50/1 Lucky Charms, Golden Grahams or Chex Mix Treat bars
$1/2 Gm cereals
Ok, so now down to scenarios (keep in mind, my store is limited to 1 like coupon doubling/tripling) Therefore, you need to be selective in what you combine to get the biggest savings.
For example, if I really want the Fiber One brownies, I could buy 4 boxes and use the following:
1 .50 Coupon Network = $1 savings
1 .60 Betty Crocker = .60 savings
1 .40/1 Fiber One 90 insert = .80 savings
1 .75 Fiber One insert = .75 savings
So 4 x 1.99 = 7.96 - 3.15 = $4.81 or $1.20 each
Or, if you have multiple loadables like me(again ymmv as to what comes off, loadables will not double, but multiples sometimes come off)
1 Cheerios 1.49 - 2 .50 Cellfire = .49
2 BC fruit snacks 1.98 - 2 .50/2 Cellfire = .98/2 or .49 a box
1 Chex Mix treats $1.49 - 2 .50 Cellfire = .49
2 Chex cereal $2.98 - 2 $1/2 Cellfire = .98/2 or .49 a box
NO paper coupons reguired and I get each item for .49 a box!!!!
Or, if I want just fruit snacks, I might do a mix and match
4 fruit snacks 3.96
-2 .50/2 Cellfire (for 1st two boxes)
-1 .50/2 insert (for 2nd two boxes, doubles)
=1.96/4 = .49 a box
You can mix and match as long as you don't use a paper coupon on the items that the loadables come off. If you do, the computer will remove your loadable from the transaction.

There was a Randalls coupon in the ad for the Nature Valley Granola Bars...maybe it can be used in these deals too!

Disregard my previous comment....the Randalls coupon is not good for the same NV bars that are part of the promotion....

Can you use different coupons for the same product and double them? For example - one .50 off Cinn Toast Crunch Printable and one .50 off Cinn Toast Crunch from the insert - two different coupons - same product. Would they both double or just the first one?
The computer does not care what the coupon looks like and only reads the barcode. The barcode will most likely be the same for both the printable and the insert thus the computer is only gonna double 1. It is rare they are differently coded, but it has happened before(case in point, sometimes the fruit snacks) However, if you have a .35 off and a .50 off Cinn Toast Crunch, those would triple and double respectively.
At my Tom Thumb store, only one of each the e coupons came off, so I got out my paper coupons so I could at least get doubles. :(
