Gabrielle Giffords Save a Life Saturday - Free CPR and First Aid Course March 19th

First Aid and CPR are two very important skills in life to have and keep current on.  I am fortunate that my work recently offered up the course at their cost during normal work hours.
For those of you interested in taking a CPR/First Aid course, you might want to check out the American Red Cross website to find a location near you.  Through sponsorship from Walgreens and Safeway, the American Red Cross will be offering this $25 course for FREE to the public on March 19th. 
If you are in the Houston area, there are 3 participating locations.  For others, please go here to find a participating location near you.  There are nearly 100 locations nationwide.
(It is unclear whether you will get your certificate, but I can't imagine you wouldn't)
