Cover Girl Queen implements Free at Dollar General - possibly Walmart

I just got the Family Dollar ad in the mail and the Cover Girl Queen implements are $1 in the ad.  Combine with the $1 insert from 3-4 P&G and get them FREE.
(In my experience with Family Dollar these coupon beep so I would suggest trying to price match at Walmart if they carry these!)
