Well, it is that time of year again when you have the chance to get a free night at the theater. My family has participated in this the past two years and it has been a great chance for my oldest to have a "date" out with daddy. In years past, tickets would open up for reservations on a first come first serve basis on a particular day. While it might be that way still for some regions, it seems Houston has changed the process slightly.
For those not in Houston, go here to see if your city participates and what their requirements are.
For those looking for a free Theater night in Houston, start here. Instead of doing the free for all of years past, Houston is letting you sign up for a chance to win tickets. From Sept 9-23rd, you can sign up and select up to 5 performances you would like the chance to win. And you have the potential to win ALL 5!
Entries will be locked and finalized on Sept 23rd and winners will be notified via email by Sept 28th. In years past you win 2 tickets so I am assuming by them stating "pair" of tickets this has not changed.

I got an email yesterday that I didn't get tickets to my 3 choices :(. Certainly glad someone won tickets, enjoy your evening out.
