I stopped into JcPenny today to pick up my husband's online order of $8 Arizona jeans I posted about here. While there, I noticed a ton of racks showing 70% off. I ran over to the girls' department and ended up with these 5 shirts for $21 after tax (that is $4.20 a piece)
There were racks in all the departments but I had other errands to run and didn't want to get home too late.
