HOT! New General Mills/Safeway Rebate - will be a HOT deal on Sunday!

This Sunday we are getting 3 inserts (see the preview here).
Inside the GM insert we are getting a SUPER HOT try me free rebate form good on purchases from 2/5-3/31 at any Safeway or Safeway affiliate(this includes Randalls and Tom Thumb for my Tx readers).
You can receive a rebate for up to 10 different items, you simply just need to check all that apply on the form and submit your receipt and upcs.
up to $4.79 for Multi Grain Cheerios Peanut Butter
up to $4.79 for Dulce de Leche Cheerios
up to $4.67 for Nature Valley Protein bars
up to $2.87 for Ocean Spray Fruit Flavored snacks
up to $3.35 for Betty Crocker Fun da-middles
up to $2.79 for Progresso Rich & Hearty Soups
up to $3.51 for Pillsbury Grands Biscuit Sandwiches or Egg Scrambles
up to $4.35 for Totino's Pizza Stuffers
up to $3.50 for Yoplait Greek (4 pk)
up to $3.50 for Yoplait Greek with Granola
WOW!!!!

AND since this starts Sunday, you can combine this with the current promo(ends Sunday) for buy $75 worth of groceries and get back $10 oynso catalina!  I have the prices of most these items(except the soup, so I am lowballing and saying it is $1.50) and they total $25.45 BEFORE any coupons so you are already 1/3 of the way to that $75 spend*, and you will get ALL this money back after rebate**

So, if you decide to hit a few of the other sale items on Sunday that I featured here, you could actually walk away with a decent amount of groceries for very little spend!

You will probably want to print these coupons NOW to save for this sale and if you like I can put together some random scenarios, interested?

Coupon Network
$1.10 MultiGrain Peanut Butter Cheerios(you have to watch a small video or else your value will be .80)
$.75 Dulce De Leche Cheerios
.50 Ocean Spray Fruit flavored snacks (or clip out of Sunday's paper)
.50 Fun d middles (or clip out of Sunday's paper)
.75 Yoplait Light Greek Yogurt with granola (or clip out of Sunday's paper)

Betty Crocker

$1.00 MultiGrain Peanut Butter Cheerios
$1.00 Dulce De Leche Cheerios

Clip
$1 off Totino's Pizza Stuffers 1-29 SS

*$75 spend can be BEFORE manufacturer coupons but MUST be AFTER Randalls coupons, so if you use a $5/25 or any in ad coupons, you must get your tally ABOVE $75 after all those are presented but BEFORE your manufacturer coupons are presented and before tax)

**At Randalls, when you use coupons the ring up price on the receipt is adjusted to reflect the new lower price(like Target receipts) so that is the value you will get back in rebate as opposed to before coupon price.

So who wants me to work out some scenarios, or other cheap items to add to your list?

Don't forget, Recyclebank has $5/50 Randalls coupons for just 50 points! (you can earn that today just by signing up and taking a few quizzes!

If you use coupons though, your purchase price will be lower so it won't make any difference to use coupons or not.

Your statement is half correct anon. Your total cost in the end is the same whether you use coupons or you don't, that is correct. If you use coupons though, you pay less on the front end and for some on a tight budget it is more important to keep more money today than it is for the promise of more back in 4-6 weeks

we got the gm insert but it didn't have the safeway rebate form in it and i have a safeway less than a mile from me. last wed's ad and today's short ad didn't have the rebate form either. what a bummer.
