$3 Salmon Coupon for HEB

I was cleaning out my email today and I found this $3 off Salmon coupon for HEB.  I believe last year these were about $8 so if price has not increased, you can get two bags for about $5 each.  It would be really awesome if HEB would put these on a meal deal first though :D
