Target run to get bandaids

I went to Toys R Us and picked up my Toy Story 1 and 2 and remembered I needed to get some bandaids for the $5 rebate for 2 bandaids and the Princess and the Frog movie. Well, I heard they were free at Target so off I went.
I threw in a few other items and it was a good thing I did because the cashier pushed all the coupons through and I got overage on everything!

Here is how my transaction looked:
2 Diego bandaids clearanced $1.27 each - $1 Target IP - $1 insert 1-3 RP= -$1.46
4 Band aids $1.82 each - $1 Target IP - $1 insert 1-3 RP = -$.72
6 Gillette bodywash $1.79 each - $4/2 insert 2-21 PG = -$1.26
1 Beach towel $2.50 - $1 Target IP = .50
1 pair of pants clearanced $3.24
Cost oop: .30

Will use the receipt to get the $5 back for the Bandaids.

*Heads up: EVERY SINGLE coupon beeped.

I've never used a store coupon at Target. Do you have to have one for each item, or is it like Walgreens and just one for that "type" of item?

Aren't most Target coupons use 1 coupon per transaction? I.e. you can't use 2 of the same Target coupon in the same transaction. I thought that is how I read it.

Shanna, you have to have separate coupons.
Carolyn, yes, they say one per transaction. I informed my cashier but he said it was ok and he didn't want to ring up 6 transactions and insisted on doing just 1. I expected he was going to adjust down the coupons, but he didn't and it made the pants I was buying free. I would have bought the pants anyway because they qualify for dress code for my kids.

Is there a specific type of bandaids that you have to buy for the rebate to work? Do they have to be disney?

Please tell me where I can find the rebate for the band-aids. I am so far behind times. I bout several boxes of these last week. I want $5 too, lol

Tara, if you pull up the link, it shows the participating products and not all of them are Disney.
Dee, the word rebate in my post IS the direct link to the rebate, just click on it and you print out the rebate form :)
