since the 99cent store no longer stocks the paper for 99 cents I can only afford between 3 - 5. I buy from the street venders now. They never moan about selling more than two like some stores do ,,,
I have 4 people in my family so I buy 5 news papers. Can you explain to me how you "stack" coupons. I have been doing the coupon thing for about 2 months now and I am just barely seeing a reduction in my grocery bill and I hear about stacking all the time, I'm just not sure how you do it. Thanks so much for your blog it helps out tremendously.
