Randalls - Cheap Fruit Snacks and Trix Cereal

Randalls is at it again offering up the $4 off when you buy 4 or more mix and match deal!  I noticed the tags today when I went to buy a few items at lunch.  Ocean Spray fruit snacks, Betty Crocker fruit snacks and Trix are among the participating products.  That is GREAT news because we have some pretty cool coupons for those 3 items right now:

I noticed that my Tom Thumb has the deal spend $75 get $10 for your next shopping trip. I have never tried my hand at this but want to know how it worked. It states total must be $75 after all discounts, but is this after all Store/Card discounts and before I hand over my manufacturer coupons?
