I really wanted to get the free muffins today at Randalls, and since I found out the Kleenex were a good money maker, I decided to get some much needed cheese with the overage. Well, the cheese did not ring up as expected, so I got a slightly better deal than I anticipated. Here is my transaction:
1 Mom trial size formula $2.49 - FREE with card = FREE
4 Glade tin can candle holders $2.49 each - $1.50 coupons inside package = $3.96
4 Glade candle refills $2.49 each - bogo blinkies(took off $3.79 each ) = -5.20
1 All Laundy detergent $3.99 - $1 in ad coupon - $2 insert = .99
1 Freshpet dog food $1.99 - Free insert = FREE
1 mini muffins $2.50 - in ad coupon = FREE
8 Kleenex $1.50 each wyb 4 - 2 $2/4(somehow this coupon made them ring up .51 each, not $1) - 2 b3g1 coupon(one the cashier took off $1.50, the other they took off $2.99?) - 6 .55/1 tearpad coupons = -$3.71
5 Kraft cheese* $2.49 each - .70 homemailer = $11.75
Tax : .08
Cost oop: $7.87
Earned 2 $1 oynso for the Kleenex
*The Kraft cheese was tagged on the shelf for $2.49 but save $5 if you buy 5. The $5 did not come off, so the service desk gave me the $5 and another $2.49 for the Price Right Guarantee, so got a refund of $7.49, so overall cost was -$1.62
