2 Olay Quench lotion $8.24 each = $16.48
2 Olay body wash $5.84 each = $11.68
- 2 bogo coupons $16.48
= $11.68 + tax = $12.53
I will now mail in for the rebate(limit 2 per household/address) and receive a check for $16.48 which more than pays for the lotion, the bodywash and the stamp to mail.
Please keep in mind, if you plan on doing two rebates, they must be mailed together.
Also, the bogo coupon does beep and is hard to use, so be prepared to have a manager intervene.
Also, if you want to turn this into a slightly bigger profit, there is a $1 off Olay Body Wash coupon in today's paper that you might be able to use as well.

Walgreens run 12-21
Naturally, the stores ran out before the end of the week due to the couponers taking advantage of this wonderful sale. Now, normally, for weekly deals at Walgreens, rain checks would not do you any good because they cannot write them for the RR value.
BUT, because this was a monthly promotion, rain checks could be written for the sale price and if you happened to get one of these, works out perfect to get the item on a week they are NOT on sale, and thus NO competition!
I had two of these rainchecks, so a GREAT way to roll some $2 RR I needed to get used.
I did two transactions as follows:
#1:
2 Triaminic $5 each with raincheck - 2 $2 insert - $4 Healthy savings booklet = $2
1 Plastic straws .99 -.60 in ad coupon = .39
-2 RR
Cost oop : .39
Earned $5 in RR
#2:
2 Triaminic $5 each with r/c - $3 insert - $2 insert - $4 Healthy savings booklet = $ 1
2 St Ives body wash $3.39 each - $3.80 in ad coupon - 2 $1 insert = .98
1 Plastic straws .99 - .60 in ad coupon =.39
-2 RR
Cost oop: .37
So overall $5.24 MM
*Make sure you ask for rainchecks on monthly money makers, they really are a great way to roll register rewards during slow weeks!
Earned $ 5 in RR
Free Pint International Delight Coffee Creamer

Hodge Podge of deals I know about...........
If you have more time than I do, perhaps you can find some of these and take advantage of them:
I did take the time to order these really cute ruby red slippers, I mean Crocs for my oldest
Crocs
Crocs is having a 30% off sale on all outlet shoes. In addition to this sale, there are several codes out that apparantly can be stacked together.
You can use DEALMOM20 to get 20% off
MYCOUP20 for another 20% off
C6VMRVKY3ISA for another 10% off
If you pick ground shipping, it is free. I got this pair of Crocs for Zoey for only $6.04! I also wanted to get another pair of Juneau Crocs, but they didn't have any more brown in my size :(
Thanks Mercedes for the heads up
Walgreens
Lubriderm is 20% which should make the 6 oz $3.03 each.(my store this size was NOT on sale)
If you still have $2 coupons from 10-11 RP
Also, there is a $1 Lubriderm Wags coupon in the Diabetes booklet found in the pharmacy
This would make them .03 each if you can find them and they are on sale at your store
Comtrex are $5.99
Use the $3 coupon from 11-1SS. Also there is a $3 coupon in December Wags coupon booklet. Makes it free with .01 overage(my store the Wags coupon came up not on file)
Puffs are .89 with in ad coupon. If you got the $1 home mailer(not sure where you had to sign up for this, but I got it) you can get one FREE
John Frieda Root Awakening $5.99. Print the $2 and $5/2 IP .
There is a coupon page handout you might be able to find at your Walgreens that has a $3 coupon. This will make it just .99 or .98/2 respectively.
Huggies are $8.99 and earn $2 RR
Use $1.50 from 11-15 SS. Combine with the $1 off coloring book coupon
Makes them $4.49 after RR and send in for .75 caregiver rebate
Today and tommorrow are friends and family day. If you become a fan of Walgreens on facebook, you can print a 15% coupon. Not sure how this will alter the math of the deals.(I will try to test and report back)
If you can combine these deals in one transaction, you should be right about at $25 and can earn the $5 RR for purchasing $25 worth
*By my stores pricing and calculations:
Lubriderm $3.99 -$3
Comtrex $5.99 - $6
Puffs $.89*(not sure pre-ad coupon price) - .89
John Frieda $5.99 - $5
Huggies $8.99 -$2.50
Price before any coupons $25.85
Potential friends and family savings -$3.88

P&G news and offer
Please redeem all P&GeSAVER coupons you now have on your Kroger Shopper's Card by December 31, 2009.
We value your loyalty to P&GeSAVER and are very sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
*This is a tidbit of a email I received today in my inbox. For those that might be confused, P&G offered loadables you could add to your Kroger card, like Cellfire and Shortcuts. Apparantly they will be discontinuing this come the first of the year.
Now, if you have been collecting coupons, even for a short time, you know that sometimes we get some pretty good P&G coupons in the inserts, but for the most part, we rely on homemailers to get the really HOT P&G value coupons. That is where subscribing to the free newsletter by Home Made Simple comes into play. They are well known for offering periodical coupon booklets that have some pretty good coupons. These coupons usually focus on more of the home coupons such as Febreze, Cascade, Mr Clean etc. If you are not already subscribed, you can sign up by just clicking on the picture below.
Cellfire has reloaded 12-15-2009
New 2 week period for Cellfire and they decided to mix it up a bit. You can still get your Betty Crocker, Pillsbury and Huggies coupons you have come to expect, but they have added some NEW offers we have not seen before. Biore, John Frieda and Nestle to name a few.
Check them out, you have two weeks to load the new Cellfire coupons, but a month to use them.
If you are just starting out, I would suggest loading up all the Cellfire coupons. BE CAREFUL when loading. You can only load cellfire to one card or the other at a time. EX: if you load the Betty Crocker potatoes to your Safeway card first, it will not be available to load to Kroger UNTIL you use it at Safeway.
I would love to hear comments from my readers on the deals they have been finding combining the loadables at Safeway(Randalls, Tom Thumb)
Books A Million Book deals- Skippy Jon Jones
Well, for my little ones birthday, her aunt and uncle bought her the original SkippyjonJones book that included a cd of the author reading the book. I would have to say, HANDS DOWN, this has been the best gift she has received. The book is hilarious and to be able to hear the author reading it really is a treat. Well, since then, I have been obsessed with getting the rest of the SkippyjonJones books. This is where the deal comes in.....
Books a Million is having a sale on quite a selection of kids books. Several books are under $2, including a few SkippyJon books and if you use the code BKLVFREE at checkout, you can get FREE shipping! If you have books on your Christmas list, you might want to take a peek at the selection.

*Several things to note:
The Ambrosia apples were in a spot marked .99/lb, so I went to service desk and they gave me the price difference (turns out another apple was supposed to be there) of $1.85 cash
I am not sure why the Pillsbury in ad coupon took off .60 for each, instead of .50
The fresh pet auto deducted for regular price so that was a suprise bonus when I checked my receipt.
I earned a $1 oynso catalina for purchasing 4 Kleenex in one transaction and will earn $1 in my Upromise account for the Chiquita single(you only need 1)
Cellfire LAST day to load this cycle! Will reset Dec 15
Don't forget to check Shortcuts before you go, as it appears they have reset some good coupons.
I plan on going today before some of my loadables expire to snag the following deals:
- Chex Mix cereal is $1.99 if you buy 3. I have 4 loadables for $1/2 and $3/3 peelie a nice trader sent me so they will pay me ~$1 to buy 3 boxes (there are also $1/2 printable here )
- Green Giant boxed veggies are on sale for 1.29, combined with my 4 .50/2 loadables and my .50/2 printable from here they will pay me .42 to buy 2!
- Betty Crocker boxed potatoes are $1.69. I have 3 loadables for .40 and the printable for .40 from here, so they will pay me .31 to buy 1.
- Kotex small liners are .99 in select stores making it free with my $1 loadable
- Progresso soup- I need to check the cheapest price, but I have 4 .50/2 loadables so hopefully I can find a deal.

Coupons in this Sunday's paper, you might want to get spares
The new coupon list for this weekend's GM and Smart Source coupon insert is out. For those with limited access to printables, this is a good week to pick up a few papers, especially for those General Mills products since Cellfire will be resetting Tuesday. There will also be a RedPlum insert but that list is not published yet.

Preparing for next week! Cheap/free Corn Flakes
Anyway, I was reading a little ahead(something I don't do too often this time of year because I am so busy with other things) and I saw that Kellogg's Corn Flakes will be on sale next week for $.99 a box when you buy 4 at Randalls. Well, lucky for us, there are really good printables for these right now. You might want to go here and here and print in case they reach their limit, or they take them down. Right now both sites have a printable for $1.50/2 boxes. They also both have a printable for $1.50 off your favorite store brand coffee wyb 3 boxes.
According to the ad, the limit on the Corn Flakes is 20. Depending on how many computers you have, this could turn into a very VERY good deal. (If you don't have but one computer, there are also $1.50/3 boxes of cereal coupons on both sites)
I plan on doing the following(ad says you must buy 4, not increments of 4):
10 boxes Kelloggs Corn Flakes .99 each = $9.90
- 5 coupons $1.50/2 boxes = - $7.50
Total cost $2.40
I am then eligible to send in for the $10 Kellogg's Calendar of savings rebate(limit 8 per household-if you can't find these forms, I know there are still traders on HCW that have these)
Profit of $7.60! I might use the 3 $1.50 off store brand coffee wyb 3 cereals if I can find a cheap enough bag of Safeway coffee(not sure if they sell 1 lb bags?)
Also, before I go, I will be sure to check out Cellfire as they will reset on Tuesday and I might be able to score more freebies with loadables and printables combined.
Thanks SlickCate for the heads up.

12 Days of Chick-fil-A
I am not sure if all Chick-Fil-A stores are participating in this, but I just received an email from Chick-Fil-A in Sugar Land that has these 12 days of Christmas list of offers! Most do require a purchase, but some look like a pretty good deal to me!
Looks like Dec 16 and 22nd you can get free coffee during breakfast hours with no other purchase required. Also, they will have Santa Cow and his elves on the 14th for pictures and the 21st Santa will be there!
Might be worth checking your local store for similar offers.

Kroger Loadable Coupon site
There are three things I really like about this loadable site:
1. It has many Unilever products listed which the other loadable sites don't have.
2. If you decide you don't want a coupon on your card, you can remove it from your card without having to actually spend it!
3. This site is directly through Kroger, so if there are problems, you should be able to get help from Kroger Customer Support
The Kroger ad that starts tommorrow is going to have some of these items on sale, so I suggest you go and load your card tonight so you can put your list together of deals.
Some of the items I see that you might want to load:
Brawny paper towels .88 - .50 loadable
Knorr sides $1 each - .75/2 loadable
Triaminic $2 loadable
Progresso soup
Hot/Lean Pockets
Pillsbury Grands/Crescents
Free Leapfrog Board Book
