I have a question about a possible bug I encountered yesterday. As personalized deals, I have one loaded for Artisan French Bread @ Personalized Price of 99¢ and another loaded for 30% off Bread or Buns (any size) and has a picture of a packaged Oroweat loaf. At my local Tom Thumb yesterday I bought 1 Artisan French Bread, correctly priced at ~80% off the shelf price of $1.99, as well as two Oroweat loaves. Now the Oroweat loaves were on special last week BOGOF, so I was thinking I'd get them at a deeper discount. However, looking at my receipt it seems I only got the BOGO discount.
So after that long explanation, my questions are: Do the personalized deals only work on 1 (first?) item per transaction? Do BOGO sales override (intentionally/unintentionally) these deals? Did trying to apply the discount to two different brands confuse/"break" the system?
It's not any big deal, but I thought I'd try and get some clarification before I try something similar in the future.
