Cow Appreciation Day - FREE Chick Fil A - Friday July 13th

If you have read my blog for ANY amount of time, you know I love me some Chick Fil A!  But did you know there is something I LOVE more than Chick Fil A?
What is it you ask?
Well FREE Chick Fil A of course!!!!  Well, if you are creative, crazy, or just darn hungry and have a way to make yourself look like a cow, then start plotting your trip to Chick Fil A on Friday.  This friday the 13th is Chick-Fil-A's Annual Cow Appreciation Day!  The cows are generous and will give you FREE food for looking like them for 1 day a year!  So get together your best cow outfits, (did you know you can even download and print spots straight from their website if you wish! - or just use black construction paper or if you have a decent black shirt and trashy white shirt, hey wear the black shirt, put the white shirt inside out and cut random holes out of it to become an instant cow!- seriously it doesn't take much to turn into a cow for a day :D)

If you dress from head to hoof as a heifer, you will score yourself a free meal.  If you are a little chicken and just want to wear a cow accessory(hat, etc) you can score yourself a free entree.  One free per participant!

As you can see by the pic above, I am not to proud to dress as a cow.  This event actually made for a fun craft day with the kids as this particular year we did the spots directly on their website and just taped them to our outfits.  It was a fun project and we just removed the spots afterward for intact clothing we already owned :D

·         7:00 to 7:15: Nugget Eating Contest

·         7:30 to 8:30: Parking Lot Concert with local band Sun Standing Still
