I tried loading my card earlier and the same thing happened this month as last month (forgot about it though, or I would have loaded Kroger 1st). I loaded my Randalls card and then went to load the Kroger one and it wouldn't let me. I sent a trouble shoot email last month and didn't hear back. Sent another one today.
Are they only letting you load like coupons to ONE card?
Mommy23, unfortunately with cellfire, you can only load them at one store at a time. If you load to RAndalls, you need to use them at Randalls before they will be available to load at Kroger.
