I know I have quite a few readers in Tx that can't get in on the Kroger and Randalls deals due to lack of having those stores close by. I don't really do much HEB shopping, but my mom shops exclusively there. Well Brandie over at FreeSampleFreak has a few good deals posted and has a 1 day only giveaway for a $20 gift card to HEB!
