Kroger - Clearance items working with Buy 5 promo

Febreze and Herbal Essence are part of the buy 5 get $5 off promo at Kroger (read more about it here)
Well, stores are starting to clearance out the Febreze Christmas candles @1.99  and there are some Herbal Essence shampoos on clearance for $1.90. (there are Aussie on clearance as well)
I was able to do the following deal:
16 Febreze candles @1.99 = $31.84
4 Herbal Essence @1.90 = $7.60
-$20 Buy 5 promo
-$12 4 $3 off 3 Febreze insert 12/9 Red Plum
-$4 4 $1 Febreze insert 12/9 Red Plum
-$4 4 $1 Herbal Essence insert 12/30 P&G insert
=Profit of $0.56
The Batman thing was a filler so I wouldn't go negative.
