I got my 3rd(!) cents-off prize from the Kroger online game today, and so made a trip to put my $1.25 to use. There were a few items of note besides the couple you've mentioned:

= 35¢ MM !
(No beeps, although if you have a cashier who's a stickler they might not accept an IP for > item price.)

- $1/1 IP (picture of burger package) x2
- $1/1 IP (picture of corn dog package) x2
- 80¢/1 IP from Coupon Network (facebook link)

so ~$1.20 each when factoring in cat

= 99¢ each
not as good a price as Safeway, but thought I'd mention it as it could potentially be a better deal if you get lucky with the Kroger online game.
