HEB Free LeapFrog Read with Me Scout Learning Toy and DVD offer wyb Proctor and Gamble items

While I have already stated I don't get very excited about the Proctor and Gamble catalinas anymore at HEB (basically they make you spend $30 before coupons, to earn a coupon for $10 off ANOTHER $30 coupon that you can't use for 2 weeks)

BUT this deal might get me out the door to find a deal!  My friend Jennifer told me about a great deal that makes your out of pocket extremely low and should make you eligible to score a LeapFrog Read with Me Scout Learning toy & Dvd ($60 value)

Purchase 16 Gillette shave gels $ 1.98 each = $31.68
Use 4 $6/3 coupons from 8/11 Red Plum insert
Use 2 $3/2 coupons from 8/11 Red Plum insert
=$1.68 oop and earn the $10/30 cat AND a receipt that should earn you the Scout offer(I read the whole rebate form and could not find anywhere that your total has to be $30 AFTER coupons :D)
*Be sure to have them hit the total button before you hand over coupons as your catalina should print BEFORE you pay- if it doesn't print, there is something wrong with that catalina machine so move to another register.

If you don't have that many coupons and enjoy the $10/30 catalina you could buy
2 Venus razors @ 7.97
1 Venus razor @ 9.47
3 Shave gels  @ 1.98
=$31.35
-3 $3 razor coupons from 9/1 P& G insert
- free shave gel when you buy razors yellow coupons in store
=$16.41 and earn the free Scout toy

I didn't get a chance to run the full store but there were several yellow coupons for P&G items like

$1.50 Charmin bath tissue ($6.97 shelf price)
$2.50/2 Always and/or Tampax products ($3.44 lowest shelf price)
$2 Olay Regenerist, or Total Effects skin care products (wipes were $4.97)
$2 Duracell 8 packs ($6.37 shelf price)
$1 off Tide (shelf price $7.54)
*no yellow coupon but this store did carry a small box of Bounty for $2.07, those wouldn't be too bad to throw in with the $3/3 coupons from 9/1 P&G
Or if you need diapers, Pampers yellow coupon for buy the big box of diapers, get wipes free.

Check your homemailers too. I know I have a $3 off Charmin that will probably get used in this sale some how.
