New $20 rebate offer - should be a money maker just about anywhere

While taking pictures of all the mega items on sale at Kroger, I stumbled upon this rebate offer.  This is just an informational card that you don't need to submit the rebate.  You can just go to this website to view the offer and print the mail in form.
The offer requires you to purchase 2 products to treat your symptoms and 1 product to sooth your symptoms.  All 3 MUST be purchased in a single transaction and you will have to mail your receipt, the form and your UPCs to earn back a $20 Visa Gift Card.
Purchase must be made no later than May 25th and rebate must be received by the clearinghouse no later than May 31st.
Limit 1 giftcard per person/email address (does not say per household)

An example of a quick transaction, (I stopped in HEB today)
Benadryl adult 48 count is $4.62, buy 2 = 9.24
Use $3/2 coupon from 4/13 SS insert
=$6.24

Buy 1 Kleenex @ 1.57
=$7.81
Earn $20 back for a profit of $12.19!

I am sure there are multiple places you can turn this into a money maker, just make sure all items are purchased on the same receipt!

Use $1.50/4 printable
=$0.62 each BUT I also loaded the buy $20 worth get $5 back from SavingStar offer
I plan on buying 21 jars.  That will get me to my $20 required purchase
So 21 x .99 = 20.79 - 5 x 1.50 coupons = 13.29 - $5 Savingstar = $8.29 or .39 a jar
*You can also do 20 jars and 1 Heniz ketchup.  There is a $1 offer from Shopmium for the ketchup so should make the small bottle close to free if not free

Heb Ad Highlights - Apr 9th - 15th

Prices are from my ad

Please remember Heb has regional ads and they can vary greatly in meat and produce prices, so please go online and view your local zip code to confirm you have the same prices as my ad. I have noticed a variance in stores just 3 miles apart.
My Heb shopping 101 can be found here.
Please note HEB no longer allows the stacking of their yellow coupons with promise of a new digital program that does not look promising from what I have seen so far and is currently only available in College Station.
There is a new coupon policy that allows for overage, view and print it from here.

Aldi Ad Highlights - Apr 9th - 15th

Some key things to know about Aldi's before you shop:
*They do not take coupons
*Bring your own bags or boxes for your groceries.  They do not have regular plastic bags but if you forget yours, you can either buy a cloth reusable bag for $1.99 or a plastic one for .10 (these are actually pretty sturdy and I imagine would last for quite some time if you don't abuse them)
*Bring a quarter with you to "rent" the cart.  You get your quarter back when you return the cart to the corral (keeps costs down if they don't have to have someone round up buggies and they pass those savings onto the customer)
*Prepare to pay with cash, debit or EBT - they do not accept any other form of payment, again as a cost saving measure
