Free RedBox Offers - With (and Without) Purchase

Reader Glenn emailed me today to let me know that Randalls has a sale currently on Snickers ice cream bars.

I also noticed Walmart sells these for $2.97 so a couple pennies cheaper but at Randalls I get the bonus of earning toward my fuel discount.
