I was able to print coupons, but unable to use them. Target said they are no longer accepting printed coupons and have not since August. I asked if it was just this location and they said no it was all stores. Well, our dog will have to wait for her treats.
Your store is misinformed. You can call guest relations at 1-800-440-0680 or email them for a copy of the Target coupon policy at guest.relations@target.com
i just used 6 of the IP coupons on the Beggin Strips, as well as other IP coupons at two different Targets (Memorial/Gessner and 290/Hollister) with no problems at all.

I got a home mailer from Target and it has a coupon for these. Now to find a lucky dog to donate them too, lol.
