Some key things to know about Aldi's before you shop:
*They do not take coupons

*Bring a quarter with you to "rent" the cart.  You get your quarter back when you return the cart to the corral (keeps costs down if they don't have to have someone round up buggies and they pass those savings onto the customer)
*Prepare to pay with cash, debit or EBT - they do not accept any other form of payment, again as a cost saving measure

Smokin deal on Playtex at Target :D

Woo Hoo, am I excited about this deal!
As a couponer you learn to not be brand loyal to a lot of products.  However, there are some that you just gotta put your foot down and close your eyes when you pay full price, lol.

Well, have a got a deal for you on Playtex tampons.

First, you will want to print the $3 manufacturer coupon found here.
Then print the $1 Target store coupon found here.
Then load the 5% off Cartwheel coupon found here - just search Playtex to find it quickly, funny that I added it from the app and it said add privately, lol

Now head out to Target and grab two Playtex 36 ct+ (my store tag said 36 count but boxes are 40 ct :D)
Here is how it will break down:

2 Playtex @ 6.99 each = 13.98
-.69 Cartwheel savings (I had them scan cartwheel first so it took off .69 not .60 it would do if Target coupons were scanned first)
-$6 - 2 $3 manuf coupons
-$2 - 2 $1 Target coupons
-.05 - bring in a reusable shopping bag discount :D
=$5.24 oop and got back $5 gift card

So just .12 for a box of 40 :D SWEET!!

While the gift card deal goes through 8/24, the Cartwheel offer expires 8/3, so after that your cost will go up another .69 for 2 boxes.

Another ibotta money maker at Target :D

I am really enjoying all the ibotta bonus offers.  These bonuses make it super easy to score some freebies like I did tonight at Target.
I am pretty happy with the results.

Ok, so there are two Target bonuses currently
Target Freezin - This one requires you to purchase 3 Target store extra offers in 1 single receipt.  Doing so will net you a $3 bonus so it is like adding $1 to each offer you select.

Target Freezin Too - This one requires you to redeem at least 1 Target store extra offer on 2 separate days.  Doing so will net you a $2 bonus so again this is like adding $1 to each offer selected.

I did the Van's frozen offer the other day(posted here) which was 1/2 of the Target Freezin Too offer.

Today, I wanted to find the cheapest 3 offers to score the Target Freezin offer, this is what I came up with:

1 Van's waffles $2.50
Use the $1 printable
Use the $1 mobile coupon on frozen food(if you have not already - text the word FRESH to 827438)
Redeem $1 ibotta
As low as $0.50 profit

1 evol burrito $2.49
Use the $1 printable
Redeem $1 ibotta
$0.49

1 Gardenburger 4 ct $3.69
Ok I had a $1.50 off coupon from Target booklet you might not have
-.44 - 20% off Cartwheel offer
Redeem $0.75 ibotta
As low as $1

So after the coupons and initial ibotta offers my cost was $0.99.
This receipt should earn me the $3 for the buy 3 in one receipt and since I bought some Vans waffles yesterday, I should also earn the $2 Target bonus making my final a $4 money maker :D

A few other offers you can do instead of the Gardenburger if you don't have that coupon

Good Food Made Simple Oatmeal is $2.89
Redeem .50 ibotta

Good Food Made Simple Breakfast burritos $1.89
Redeem .50 ibotta

Red Baron pizza $3
Redeem .50 ibotta

Sorry I didn't get other prices, just those but you should be able to find a way to turn these deals to your advantage.

If you have been lucky to find some tearpads for $1 off any Mio (they have been just about every store and expire 12/31/13)

Buy 4 @ $2.99 = $11.96
-$4 for the Walgreens booklet (they will scan one and it will take off $1 for each on purchased)
-4 $1 tearpad coupons
=Pay $3.96 oop and get back $3 catalina

Target - Summer Clearance, cheap garden hose, cheap sunscreen :D

My Target went 70% off on summer clearance but still had signs tagging it as 50% off.  One of the more "hidden" finds I scored was the 50 ft light duty garden hose.  The orange ones were over near summer clearance so I scanned and confirmed it ringing up for must $2.99.  But when I went over to the aisle with all the other garden stuff, I scanned the gray and green one and the green one is also ringing just $2.99!!!  Score.  Be sure to look in both places at your store if you need a hose.  We just broke our last one and were in need so this was perfect timing!

Or if you are in the need for some more sunscreen, you might want to stop by and pick up some of these hot buys!  Add coupons for extra savings:

Coppertone two packs $4.19

CVS - Better than Free Razors, cheap cereal and diapers

Wow!  I have not shopped CVS in some time and I had lots of ECBs I needed to use up.  Luckily it is an ok week and even luckier, there appears to possibly be either a mis-advertised deal or a glitch, so you might want to hurry!

First, the Gillette is buy $30 worth earn a $10 ECB.
I found these Venus single razors for $7.39 each.  Buying 4 gets you to $29.56 which is enough to trigger the $10 ECB to print.  Combine with the $5 razor coupons from 6/16 Red Plum insert, pay just $9.56 and get $10 back :D

Pebbles cereal are on sale for $2.  If you have bought previously (remember this deal I posted?) you might still have some $0.75 coupons from the packaging.  Then submit for the .50 ibotta credit to get a box for just $0.75.

And finally, the diaper deal. (Please keep in mind if this is a glitch it will most likely be fixed soon)
The advertised deal is buy $15 in Huggies and get $5 ECB.  It appears though to be printing a $10 instead or a $20 for $30 worth of Huggies.  I purchased 3 packs @ $9.99 each and got the $20.
Combine with coupons to make then as low as $1 for 3 packs of diapers!!!!
When I tried to print the $3 coupon it stated I had already met my limit, but it might work for you
If not, go here and share the coupon twice to get $2.50 printable on little mover pull on diapers.  I did this and then also printed 1 of the $2 printables (after you share go back to original link and it lets you print the $2 as well)  So my oop was about $1 a pack.  My niece will be so happy to get these and I got to roll all my ECBS :D

Thanks Mariah for the heads up on the diapers and thanks Dee Rod for the heads up on the razors :D

Target - $1 Money Maker on Van's Waffles

Today, I got an email from the Van's Natural Foods.  In the email there is a link to a $1 coupon or if you join their consumer panel and fill out a survey you can print 1 coupon for $3 off any Van's frozen breakfast item.
Follow the easy steps below to join our Van's Consumer Panel so that you can share your opinion with us and get rewarded for it!

1. Go to www.OpinionIt.com and fill out the join box
2. Verify your email address
3. Click on the "July Opinion It Survey" and use the password LOVEVANS
4. Complete the survey and you'll be able to instantly download a coupon good for
$3 off any Van's product!

I took my coupon to Target because I knew I had a $1 ibotta offer for Target.  I picked the variety that was in my ibotta and it just so happened to be on sale for $3 (some other varieties were on sale for $2.50)
I got the waffles free with the $3 printable and then redeemed my $1 ibotta credit making this a money maker.

Kroger - Free Friday Coupon - Possibly turn it into a money maker

I love FREE but did you know there is something BETTER than free?  Money Makers!

Getting paid to buy something is my favorite and I look for offers like that every chance I get.
Today only, you can load a free digital coupon to your Kroger (or affiliates) card for a free bottle of Clear Scalp & Hair Therapy.  Just click here and look for your store's banner.  Load the coupon and pick up your free bottle of shampoo or conditioner by 8/2 and the price of the bottle will automatically come off your transaction.

Now before you pick out what variety you would like to purchase, you might consider logging into ibotta and seeing what they have to offer.  I currently have an offer for $1.25 if I buy a select variety of Clear Scalp & Hair Therapy, making this a super EASY money maker for me :D
SWEET!

Aldi Ad - July 17th - 23rd

Some key things to know about Aldi's before you shop:
*They do not take coupons
*Bring your own bags or boxes for your groceries.  They do not have regular plastic bags but if you forget yours, you can either buy a cloth reusable bag for $1.99 or a plastic one for .10 (these are actually pretty sturdy and I imagine would last for quite some time if you don't abuse them)
*Bring a quarter with you to "rent" the cart.  You get your quarter back when you return the cart to the corral (keeps costs down if they don't have to have someone round up buggies and they pass those savings onto the customer)
*Prepare to pay with cash, debit or EBT - they do not accept any other form of payment, again as a cost saving measure

Green Peppers (3-4 pack) $0.89

Tomatoes on the Vine (1 lb pkg) $0.89

Cantaloupe $.89

Blackberries (6 oz) $1.49

Seedless Watermelons $3.29 each

Friendly Farms Milk $1.89

Goldhen eggs (Grade A dozen) $0.89 - looks like they went up .10!

Anchor Hocking 6 piece Glass Storage Bowls with lids (2,4 and 7 cup sets) $9.99
*I love these glass bowl containers to heat my lunches at work :D

Kitchen Living Solid Kitchen Rug $4.99

Easy Home Folding Step Stool $4.99
*I bought one of these at BBB years ago and LOVE IT!  Great price, I might pick up a 2nd one

New Fiesta Market Place - Sugar Land opens tomorrow, July 17

Good news for you Sugar Land readers.  A new Fiesta is opening in the old Gerlands shopping center on Sugar Creek and 59.
I am not sure if their ad will be the same as the regular Fiesta stores or if they will have a different one but I am excited to stop in tomorrow to check it out for you guys!
Judging by their online commercial it looks pretty interesting.

Free Joint Juice after rebate- Sam's Club

I am on the email list for Joint Juice and they sent me this awesome rebate offer.  Since my dad uses this on a regular basis, I am always looking for a deal.
Well, if you are a Sam's Club member and you use Joint Juice, you will certainly want to take advantage of this promotion.
Just go to your participating Sam's Club and purchase the Joint Juice Easy Shot 1L bottle and then fill out this rebate form and mail within 30 days of purchase.  (You will need your receipt and the upc from the bottle so I suggest you have that sucker filled out and an envelope addressed and then just quickly clip upc from bottle and include receipt and mail before you forget :D)

These were $13.88 at my local Sam's Club and I will get that back in a check.  Just the cost of a stamp for my dad to have a 4 week supply of Joint Juice.
Limit one rebate offer per name, address or household
Offer expires 8/31/13
