HEB has released a set of new coupons for different offers that might make your Halloween activites cost a little less.

$2 off $6 or more in flashlights
$2 off any purchase of 3 lb bag of apples
$2 off $8 or more purchase of HEB Brand Salty Snacks
$2 off $7 or more purchase of any frozen appetizers
$4 off $10 or more purchase of DVD or Blu-Ray
