Target - Decent deal on Angel Soft

While this is not a run out and stock up price for me, if you are low on toilet paper, you might want to run into Target.
Target has the Angel Soft double roll 12 pack regular priced @ $5.99
Right now, there is a $1 Target printable and a $1 manufacturer printable.

Combine the coupons and you will pay $3.99 for 12 doubles rolls or .33 a roll(.17 a regular roll roughly)
A buy price for me if I am running low.
