Sunday Coupon Preview, August 7th

Keep in mind, coupon values and brands do vary by region so if you are excited about a particular coupon, perhaps get one paper, confirm it has THAT coupon and then get more papers :)

Avery Heavy Duty Binders (these are gonna be on sale at Staples, might make for a decent deal)

Awesome Groupon - $10 + $5.99 shipping for Butterfly Garden WITH larvae

Yay! My huband and I were just talking about these this weekend at the homeschooler's covention. We have been wanting to get one of these Butterfly Gardens ever since the kids got to see these in their Montessori school.
Buying them in the stores or online directly costs $19.99 + $5.99 for standard shipping. While you will still have to pay shipping with this Groupon, I am getting the habitat for half the price! SWEET!
For those that already have the habitat, you can use the Groupon as a $20 voucher for insect life or accessories (after butterflys, I really want to try the ladybug kits!)
Fine print: Limit 1 per person, can buy 1 more as a gift.  You have until Aug 8, 2012 to use the voucher!
My husband is gonna be excited as will my girls!

*Does anyone else find it funny they claim you can put this butterfly garden around your neck?  Odd statement to me.

Kroger Deal of the Day is back

Not sure if I am excited about these or not. For those that were around the last time they had their Cart Buster sale with these Deal of the Days, I am sure you recall the frustration of trying to get in on the coupon, then to actually get it to load to your card and then to get it to actually come off at the store, YIKES!
Well, if you feel lucky, head here daily and check out the deal of the day. These are loadable coupons offered that are for items that should be participating in the Cart Buster sale. Last year they offered freebies, so there were tons of manpower hours wasted refreshing the screen to get in at the right time.

Todays Cart Buster coupon is $1.50 off Klondike. Go here to get it added to your card. Keep in mind, you cannot use a paper coupon in conjunction with these loadable coupons.

Gap Friends and Family - 30% off coupon available Wednesday only? (35% off for Gap Card holders)

Sorry for this late posting, I just got the email from Plum District.

Today only, Plum District has a coupon available for the Gap for 30% off your entire purchase. This can be printed for in store use or can be used online! Coupon will be valid August 4-7 only for shopping, but you must CLAIM it today!  It is free to claim and you don't even have to be a member of Plum District(it didn't make me log in to get it.  Not quite sure why they say coupon is only available today and then you can use through the 7th for online?)

I got my ad in the mail today and saw a few things worth highlighting.
4 day Weekend Sale Friday 8/5 thru August 8th.

There is a catalina deal going through 8/7: Buy 3 get $2, buy 4 get $3 and buy 5 get $4.
-$1/2 insert 6-19 SS (please note you cannot use a coupon on the free item at Randalls in a bogo sale per their coupon policy, so you need to buy 4 to use 1 of these coupons!) - personally not a stock up deal for me.

I purchased 6 Raisin Bran today and also got a $3 oynso catalina(not sure the full details on that)
I had $3/3 coupons from Dollar General. If I do this same deal again, I will have enought upcs for the $10 rebate, making this a money maker:
$12 - $6 in coupons - $3 oynso = $3 x 2 = $6 cost for 12 boxes, get back $10.

And the BEST part of the ad in my opinion
