HEB deal with digitals, paper coupons and cash back apps

I was checking my HEB digital coupons and noticed several that would combine to make a SWEET deal, possible piggy backing, and to get some goodies for super cheap.  It did not work exactly as I planned but I believe that is due to the Garnier Fructis items i picked. (will explain that at the end as it cost me an extra $1 and one coupon that required cashier involvement)
Hopefully you can check your accounts for the same coupon offers

Here is what I purchased and what coupons came off:

Charmin Essentials Bath Tissue 24 giant rolls $10.97

3 Garnier Fructis** shampoo or conditioners $2.97 each
2 Garnier Whole Blends shampoo or conditioners $3.47 each
6* Oreo Milka Bars $1.34

$3 off your basket on a $30 or more purchase
$3 off your basket on a $15 or more purchase
$2 off your basket wyb $2 or more bath tissue
$1 off your basket wyb $1 or more any hair care
$5 off your basket wyb $15 or more Garnier Skin care, hair care of color products
$1.50 off Charmin Essentials 24 gr (also a yellow coupon)
$0.34 off each Milk bar (also a yellow coupon for Oreo bars costing $2/2 wyb 2)

Paper coupons used:
$5 off Rohto Dry Aid from 3/3 SS insert
$4/2 Garnier Whole Blends from 3/3 RP insert
$3/2 Garnier Fructis** shampoo, conditioner or treatment from 3/3 RP insert

Total: $15.20 + tax

Redeemed the following cash back offers:
$5 Rohto Dry aid ibotta
$0.10 any item ibotta
$1.50 Oreo Milk Checkout 51 x 5

Final oop: $3.45 total*

*I originally planned on only buying 5 Oreo Milka bars since that is the max of on the CO51, but the yellow coupons for $2/2 wyb 2 made it cheaper to buy 6 instead
**I had a digital coupon for $1 off any Garnier Fructis shampoo, conditioner, or treatment that didn't come off.  As well my $3/2 Garnier Fructis needed to be manually entered by cashier.  I believe this is due to me buying all 2 in 1 varieties instead of shampoo, conditoners or treatments by themselves)

I hope you guys have similar coupons and can find great ways to stack these :D
