Barc is offering up a Healthy Pets Healthy Streets campaign starting Saturday April 11th. For all City of Houston Residents, you can get free spay or neuter for your pet. Limited services are provided on a first come, first serve basis. If they cannot get you in on Saturday they will schedule another time for your pet for FREE during the following week.
