I got this email from Nutro that they are offering a free 15 lb bag of Nutro Natural Choice dog food after rebate.  Just purchase ANY Natural Choice 15 lb bag between 12/30/13 - 2/2/14.  Print and complete the rebate form and submit with your receipt and proof of purchase clipped from the bag.
Must be postmarked by 2/16 and received by 2/21.
Maximum rebate up to $39.99, consumer pays all sales tax
Limit 1 per household or address
