Savings Star/Upromise - A few new loadables,pretty cool!

I am super excited about the first new coupon I noticed in my Upromise (or SavingStar).
This offer has a TON of brands you are bound to buy at Kroger, CVS (Saving Star users) or Randalls (Upromise users get all 3 stores :D)
Spend $20 get $5 back on any of the following brands:
Dial, Tone, Right Guard, Dry Idea, Purex, Combat, got 2 b, Soft Scrub, Tone, Renuzit, Zout and Combat.

This should be super easy to get with sales since we have potentially 3 stores to load up.  Too bad it wasn't last month with all the Soft Scrub I just bought at Randalls!

There is ALSO a $1 when you buy Tone bodywash or 6 pack soap that should stack with this offer!
Combine with the $1 printable for even better savings!

There is ALSO a $1 Purex or Ultrapack that should stack with this offer!
Combine with insert for even better savings!

There is ALSO a $1 Dry Idea product that should stack with this offer!

Some other coupons I found interesting:

Spend $40 get $10 back on Smart Ones through Oct 30.  I know their oatmeals have ibotta offers now too so possibly a deal somehow with this one.

Aldi Ad - Aug 28th - Sept 3rd

Some key things to know about Aldi's before you shop:
*They do not take coupons
*Bring your own bags or boxes for your groceries.  They do not have regular plastic bags but if you forget yours, you can either buy a cloth reusable bag for $1.99 or a plastic one for .10 (these are actually pretty sturdy and I imagine would last for quite some time if you don't abuse them)
*Bring a quarter with you to "rent" the cart.  You get your quarter back when you return the cart to the corral (keeps costs down if they don't have to have someone round up buggies and they pass those savings onto the customer)
*Prepare to pay with cash, debit or EBT - they do not accept any other form of payment, again as a cost saving measure

Cantaloupe $0.79 each

Seedless Watermelons $2.99 each

Strawberries (1 lb)$0.99

L'oven Fresh White Hamburger or Hot Dog buns (12 oz) $0.89

Kroger Marketplace - HOT Toy sale + a surprise bonus!

WOW!  A friend of mine told me her Kroger store had several Legos and such on sale for up to 75% off. Since I live reasonable close to 2 Kroger Marketplace stores I thought I would hop on over to check it out. Legos are great gift ideas as are Barbie's.
I thought getting everything 50% off was a good deal but then imagine my surprise when the transaction also took $25 off my today.  I asked the management about it and they said it is a promo this week that several areas of the store are participating in, toys being one of them.  Spend $100 in those departments and get $25 off your transaction, limit 1 per transaction.

It was like getting $50 Lego sets for ~ $18, WOW!!!!!

Check out some of the HOT offers:

epic blu ray combo pack with a bunch of freebies - $18.99 $15.99

I got this awesome deal at Randall's with just a little help from Kroger :D
First, I logged into my Randall's J4U account and loaded the $1 off coupon for the DVD combo pack.

Then I made a pit stop at Kroger on my way to pick up these tearpad manufacturer coupons:

Randalls has the Blu Ray combo on sale for $19.99 minus the $1 coupon brings it down to $18.99.
Randalls offers free Jolly time popcorn, Welch's fruit snacks and Smartwater 1.5 L water that will automatically ring up free with the purchase of the movie.  Grab the Honey Maid and the Orville Redenbacher's while you are at it and use the manufacturer coupons from Kroger (these are manufacturer coupons and no where on them do they say they have to be used at Kroger :D)

Get the movie at a great price and 5 freebies to boot :D
Then mail off for $3 rebate to make it a super deal

Fiesta Ad - Aug 21st - 27th

Fiesta takes coupons but does not double or triple. Also, Fiesta does not accept internet printed coupons. Fiesta has locations in Houston, Austin and Dallas/Fort Worth. To find a store near you, go here, you can also view the ads online.
I believe Fiesta ads do vary in price slightly depending on the local competition. I am going to try and list both the Sugar Land store and my ad prices.  If the price is in the Sugar Land ad and I do not see it in my local ad, I will put SL in parenthesis to let you know that you might not see that pricing in your store.

Aldi Ad - Aug 21st - 27th

Red or Green Grapes $0.75/lb (sold in 2 lb bags)

Seedless Watermelons $2.99 each

Strawberries (1 lb)$0.99

L'oven Fresh White Hamburger or Hot Dog buns (12 oz) $0.89

Goldhen Eggs (dozen) $0.89

Friendly Farms (gal) $1.99

New Chick Fil A Mocha Cookies and Cream Milkshake - A yummy giveaway

Chocolate enthusiasts and coffee drinkers are invited to escape the summer heat and re”treat” toChick-fil-A beginning Aug. 5, as the company launches its newest limited-time flavor milkshake, Mocha Cookies & Cream.

The Mocha Cookies & Cream milkshake features Chick-fil-A’s home-style Icedream®, OREO® cookie crumbles, coffee, Hershey’s® chocolate syrup and is topped with light whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. The shake is available in 14 oz. or 20 oz. cups and prices start at $2.65 and $3.09, respectively. The shake will be available through mid-October (or while supplies last).

Since launching in 2006, Chick-fil-A handspun milkshakes have proven to be one of the most popular items on the quick-service restaurant chain’s menu.  Chick-fil-A has strived to sustain shake sales by adding seasonal, limited-time flavors to generate further awareness of its milkshake line.  For the past few years, Chick-fil-A has offered Peach and Banana Pudding flavors in the Spring or Summer months and a Peppermint Chocolate Chip milkshake during the holiday season. The Mocha Cookies & Cream milkshake is the chain’s first new limited-time flavor since 2011.

The Mocha Cookies & Cream milkshake is a perfect dessert for customers on-the-go or those wanting an afternoon treat. “The new Mocha Cookies & Cream milkshake offers coffee and chocolate lovers alike a delicious and ‘craveable’ summer treat,” said David Farmer, Chick-fil-A’s vice president of product strategy and development. “We hope this new flavor will become a seasonal favorite among our customers and perhaps as popular as our Peach and Peppermint Chocolate Chip milkshakes customers have demanded over the past few years.”

Customers who re”treat” to Chick-fil-A during the month of August to try the new Mocha Cookies & Cream milkshake are encouraged to share their photos and experiences via Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, using the hashtag #MochaRetreat.
